Rental Policies

Rental Pricing

Prices of items are for a 1-2 day rental period. If you need additional days, price of each item will be stipulated in your rental contract.

*Note: Prices are subject to change.


We encourage you to reserve your items with enough time in advance as all products offered by All Around Events are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We also recommend to reserve the maximum amount that you will need for your event and drop in quantity as the event date gets closer.

Payment is as follow:

50% down payment due at the time of reservation (non-refundable); and remaining 50% due one week prior to your event.

*Note: we accept cash, checks and all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).


All final quantities should be finalized one week prior to your event during payment of remaining balance. After that day, quantities that are decreased are non-refundable and quantities that are increased will require additional payment.

*Note: as the event gets closer you can add items as long as they are available.

Delivery / Pick-up

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Fees are based on distance to our warehouse, amount of equipment being delivered and time frame. Delivery fee includes round trip for delivery and round trip for pickup for one truck. If additional trucks are required, additional fees will apply. Delivery and pickup time will be stipulated in your rental contract.

Delivery is to ground level (garage or loading dock within close proximity to the delivery vehicle). Additional fees will be applied if items need to be carried to a location other than the parking site. (ie, back yards, decks, elevators, second floors. etc). Arrangements must be made at the time you place your order for such requests as we must allow enough time to carry the items.

All items must be returned in the manner in which you received them. Tables, chairs, and other rental items should be stacked neatly ready for pick up in a single location.

*Note: If you prefer, you may pick up and return your rental items to our location. A valid Florida driver's license is required for pickup. Proof of insurance may be required for vehicles towing trailers. For you to get the best value for your money, please make sure to return all items on TIME as specified in your rental agreement.

Set-Up and Take Down

We would be happy to set up tables, chairs, linens and other equipment for you at a reasonable labor fee. Prior arrangements MUST be made for this service to allow proper time. Cleaning Fee

Chairs and tables must be returned free of food and dirt, staples, tape, etc. or there will be a cleaning fee. Linens, dinnerware and glassware cleaning fee is included on your rental price. However, any damage such as, but not limited to, chips in the glassware, severe stains, candle wax, rips/tears and/or burn holes while in renters care will be subject to pay a cleaning and/or replacement fee.


You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. You will be charged a replacement cost for missing or broken equipment.

Any problems with the equipment must be reported to All Around Events within 30 minutes of delivery or incident. This includes shortage or overage of items as well as any other problems in functioning of the equipment.

*Note: All items should be secured and protected from the weather.

Release of Liability

All Around Events is NOT responsible for injury occurring to renter or to any persons using the leased property and the renter further agrees to hold All Around Events free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment.
